TEEN MODEL
A teen model is a model in their teens, usually between 13 and 19 years old. The exact classification can vary by agency and market. Teen models are often booked for fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and advertising campaigns aimed at a young audience.
Typical assignments include online stores, social media campaigns, and commercial productions. Besides a look that suits the job, a natural presence, reliability, and enjoying being in front of the camera play an important role. Experience can be built up step by step with age-appropriate guidance.
For underage teen models, involving their parents or legal guardians, dependable supervision, and a safe working environment are especially important. School commitments, health, and personal development should always be taken into account and come first when planning castings, shoots, and travel.
As a teen model and as a parent, you should know that contracts for minors are co-signed by the legal guardians and that you decide on jobs, travel and appointments together. Make sure the agency respects school hours and informs you transparently about bookings, fees and usage. A good start at a young age is one that doesn't put health or education at risk.
