SHORT-TERM PLACEMENT CONTRACT
Short-term placement means you are only under contract with the respective partner agency for the duration of your stay, usually between two and six months. You are only bound to the contract for this period, which generally ends automatically after the agreed time.
Advantages: You are not bound to a long-term contract and have the option to sign with a different agency in the same country for the next season if necessary, should the team or working methods of the previous agency not align with your ethics.
Disadvantages: You will not receive follow-up bookings, which often only occur two to three months after your stay (and thus after your contract has expired).
