As a rule, our experienced model scouts discover new talent while shopping at the mall, at a festival, or at the checkout counter in a supermarket. Our scouts have a keen, trained eye for spotting the next promising model that our international clients need to showcase their fashion houses and brands. Once it is determined that a potential model meets the industry’s strict standards regarding height, measurements, movement, and expression, digital photos are taken to assess whether the model has the potential to work nationally or internationally. If we see potential, we offer the model a contract, book the first TFP shoot, and the development process can begin.
