AI-TWIN
An AI-Twin or digital twin is a realistic, virtual representation of a real person – in the context of models or influencers, this means the precise digital replica of a real model. The basis for this is curated image data (in this case, professionally created Polas), with which an AI is trained. This learns the person’s appearance in detail: proportions, facial features, facial expressions, posture, as well as individual characteristics and style characteristics.
Based on this training, the AI is able to generate new visual content that represents the model in high quality and recognizability. The digital twin can be used regardless of physical limitations – i.e. without being tied to a specific location, time or availability. Perspectives, poses, outfits, and moods can be created flexibly and efficiently without the need for a traditional photo shoot.
The digital twin is not to be understood as a replacement for the real model, but rather as a strategic extension. It enables consistent visual worlds, fast adjustments, and scalable content production, while maintaining the model’s identity, brand image, and personal aesthetics.
For models and influencers, this technology opens up new professional opportunities: they can be present in several campaigns at the same time, work internationally without having to travel, and significantly increase their reach. At the same time, models retain control over their own image. The use is usually through license models, so that it is precisely determined how and where the digital twin is used. This not only provides security but also recurring income through usage rights.
Instead of replacing the real model, the digital twin serves as a strategic extension of the brand. It enhances visibility, creates new creative possibilities, and makes it easier to position oneself in the market in the long term. For many models, it becomes a valuable tool to work more efficiently, flexibly, and internationally.
