CREATIVE DIRECTOR
A creative director is responsible for the overall creative vision of a project or brand. He ensures that all creative work – for example, design, advertising or visual content – follows a unified idea and conveys a clear message. He develops concepts, sets the creative direction and decides how a product or campaign should work, for example in terms of style, colors, emotions and expression.
In many areas, especially in the fashion and advertising industries, the creative director works closely with models and influencers. He selects suitable talents or decides together with the team which people best fit the desired image and brand identity. He ensures that the appearance, charisma, and demeanor of the model or influencer support the planned message. During photo shoots or filming, he often gives instructions on pose, facial expression or movement to achieve the desired effect.
Additionally, the creative director coordinates the collaboration between models, photographers, make-up artists, stylists, and other creative professionals. He checks whether the results fit the original idea and makes adjustments if necessary. At the same time, he coordinates with customers or the company management to translate their goals into creative concepts.
