We deliberately work exclusively with models who are of legal age, as this offers both legal and organizational advantages. Models of legal age can enter into contracts independently, travel more flexibly, and are generally more self-reliant in scheduling their work, particularly with regard to the Youth Protection Act.

Furthermore, being of legal age often brings with it a higher degree of personal maturity, reliability, and personal responsibility – qualities that are essential in the day-to-day life of a professional model.

Our focus is on building long-term careers and developing our models in a professional, clearly structured environment. Working with adult talent enables us to collaborate more efficiently, transparently, and reliably for all parties involved.

If we discover exceptional and particularly promising talents aged 16 or 17, there may be the possibility of an initial test shoot in individual cases – provided we deem it appropriate – to facilitate a gentle introduction to building a portfolio. However, full entry into the professional market is deliberately postponed until the age of majority is reached.
