Coaching
- Purpose: Coaching focuses on achieving specific goals or improving certain skills within a set timeframe.The coach helps the coachee to gain clarity about their goals and to take measures to achieve them.
- Relationship: The relationship between coach and coachee is more short-term and focused on achieving goals.The coach acts less as a consultant and more as a process companion.
