ARE THE CONTENTS OF A RHETORIC CLASS SIMILAR TO THOSE OF INTERVIEW CLASS?!
Partially yes – but they are not the same, they only overlap.
A rhetoric course is more broadly structured. There you generally learn how to express yourself clearly and convincingly: language, structure of statements, body language, voice, effect and appearance. It is about being able to communicate confidently in every situation – whether in a video, in a conversation or in presentations.
An interview coaching, on the other hand, is much more specific and practical. Here you will be specifically prepared for typical situations, for example:
Casting questions (“Tell us something about yourself”)
Interviews on camera
Customer or brand conversations
You train specific answers, practice typical questions and get feedback on how you come across.
For you as a model or influencer, this means:
Rhetoric = the foundation (how you generally speak and act)
Interview coaching = the application (how you perform in certain situations)
Conclusion:
Rhetoric teaches you how to speak well – interview coaching shows you what to say in certain moments and how to use it.
