Transparency is very important to us. We always keep our models and influencer informed about all relevant client inquiries, options, and decisions. We’ll let you know as soon as a client shows interest, adds you to their shortlist, or confirms you.

After castings or jobs, we’ll also provide you with feedback whenever possible – both positive and constructive – so you can continue to develop in a targeted way. At the same time, it’s important to know that clients don’t always provide feedback. In such cases, we’ll communicate this openly rather than withholding information.
