The deposit is 40% of the price and is due immediately after mutual confirmation, i.e., after booking. It serves as a binding reservation of your spot and gives us planning certainty for accommodation, team and production.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days before the start of the trip.

For short-notice bookings – less than 30 days before the start – the full amount is payable either immediately or in a maximum of two installments.

Cancellations are generally possible. Since our trips are an exclusive event and production format with costs for locations, team and organization committed well in advance, the following flat-rate cancellation terms apply:

• up to 2 months before the camp starts: 50% of the total price
• less than 2 months before the camp starts: 100% of the total price

Although the photo editing takes place afterward, the main part of the camp’s service is delivered on-site and requires complete production and resource planning in advance.
