A people agency is an agency that places people in advertising, campaigns, or productions. Unlike traditional modeling agencies, which primarily work with specific model types, talent agencies focus on authenticity. They represent not only models, but also actors, influencers, and, quite deliberately, “real people” with personality and charisma.

The goal is to find the right faces for brands – faces that can credibly convey a message. Especially in times when advertising is becoming increasingly relatable and realistic, talent agencies are gaining in importance.
